These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users accessing st799 from any jurisdiction, including but not limited to residents of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
To use st799's Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
st799 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. All KYC documents must be valid, legible, and match the information provided during registration.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify st799 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
st799 operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to submit:
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if KYC verification is incomplete. st799 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements (if applicable). Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. st799 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose transaction charges. Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). Larger withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may experience slight delays. st799 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee.
To comply with AML regulations, withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal, unless the deposit was made in error. st799 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may freeze accounts pending review.
If your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months and holds a balance, st799 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will be notified via email before any fees are deducted. To avoid inactivity fees, log in and place at least one bet every 12 months.
All bonuses and promotions offered by st799 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming. Bonuses are intended for recreational players; bonus abuse or exploitation may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x, 30x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots usually contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Check individual bonus terms for game contribution percentages.
While a bonus is active, you may be subject to maximum bet limits (typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slot bonuses). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Always check bonus-specific terms before placing large bets.
Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your Account.
st799 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play with other users, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed unfair or fraudulent.
All bets are subject to acceptance by st799. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violation of these terms. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and User status (VIP tier). st799 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Users who consistently win large amounts may be subject to lower maximum bet limits at our discretion.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided or settled according to industry-standard rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful; a single losing selection results in the entire parlay losing. Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled according to the handicap line; pushes (ties after applying the handicap) result in stake refund.
Live casino, slots, table games, and other casino products are provided by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting follows Meron (red) vs Wala (blue) market conventions. All results are final once officially declared. st799 reserves the right to void bets if technical errors, fraud, or irregularities are detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, fund forfeiture, and legal action:
st799 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of our platform. Technical downtime, server maintenance, or third-party service provider failures may temporarily affect access to Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, st799 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the claim.
st799 is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, internet or telecommunications failures, labor strikes, or third-party service disruptions.
Games, live casino streams, and sports data are provided by third-party partners. st799 is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues originating from third-party content. Disputes regarding game outcomes should be directed to the respective game provider.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, betting activity, or st799 Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email at [email protected]. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
If the initial customer support response does not resolve your issue, you may escalate the complaint to our management team by requesting a formal review. Management will conduct an independent investigation and provide a final written decision within 7 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with st799 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against st799.
st799 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to st799 (e.g., bonus abuse refunds, chargeback fees). st799 may withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud.
Accounts with no login or betting activity for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure. Dormant account balances may be forfeited to st799 after reasonable attempts to contact the User via email.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where st799 holds its international gaming license. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
